1. Acceptance
By using Bonnenmonster, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Bonnenmonster is a service of Business Data Solutions, based in Ravenstein, the Netherlands.
2. Description of the Service
Bonnenmonster is a mobile application that allows you to:
- Scan receipts with your camera
- Automatically extract data using AI
- Organize and manage receipts
- Export data to PDF or CSV
3. Your Obligations
By using Bonnenmonster, you agree to the following:
- You will use the app only for lawful purposes
- You will keep your login credentials confidential
- You will only upload receipts you are entitled to
- You will respect intellectual property rights
- You will not misuse the service (spam, excessive use, hacking)
4. Account
You need an account to use Bonnenmonster. You are responsible for all activities that take place under your account.
You can delete your account at any time via the app or by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for more information about data deletion.
5. Service Availability
We strive for high availability, but:
- The service may be interrupted for maintenance
- Features may change (we will inform you in advance)
- The app may be discontinued (with 60 days' notice)
In case of discontinuation, you will have the opportunity to export all your data.
6. AI and Accuracy
Important notice:
Bonnenmonster uses artificial intelligence (AI) to extract data from receipts. While we strive for high accuracy, errors may occur.
- Always verify extracted data before using it
- Keep original paper receipts for tax purposes
- Bonnenmonster is not a substitute for professional accounting advice
- We are not responsible for errors in AI extraction
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Bonnenmonster app, including design, code, and branding, are owned by Business Data Solutions.
Your receipts and data remain your property. By uploading them, you grant us permission to process them for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Liability
Bonnenmonster is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee specific AI accuracy
- We are not liable for indirect damages
- Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us
- We are not responsible for your tax obligations
These limitations do not apply to damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
9. Termination
We may terminate your account if you:
- Violate these terms
- Misuse the service
- Are inactive for more than 2 years (after prior notification)
Upon termination, you can export your data before it is deleted.
10. Changes
We may modify these terms. In case of significant changes:
- We will inform you via the app or by email
- We will give you 30 days to accept the changes
- You can delete your account if you do not agree
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands.
