Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your receipts, images, and data will be permanently removed.
Option 1: Delete in the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app:
- Open Bonnenmonster on your device
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Enter your password and confirm

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by email:
Email: bonnenmonster@businessdatasolutions.nl
Please include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation when complete.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All receipts and images you've uploaded
- Your custom expense categories
- Your merchant preferences and mappings
Data We May Retain
For legal and security purposes, we may retain:
- Anonymized analytics data (contains no personal information)
- Fraud prevention records, if applicable
This retained data cannot be used to identify you.
